Set into the hillside on the north-east coast of Corfu, VAYRA captures the quiet beauty of the Ionian landscape, blending contemporary architecture with natural materials, expansive sea views and a strong sense of place. Designed as a high-end private villa for the luxury rental market, the estate offers a secluded sanctuary where comfort, privacy and considered design come together.
VAYRA was conceived to settle into its setting rather than dominate it, following the natural contours of the land. Ancient olive trees, planted terraces and meandering pathways shape the experience of moving through the estate. This same sensitivity to the land informed the visual palette, with raw red stone uncovered during excavation guiding the selection of materials, textures and furnishings that sit quietly within the surrounding terrain.
The Main House and Guest House form one unified five-suite estate, designed to offer privacy, space and comfort for up to ten guests. Across the property, two infinity pools, generous terraces, outdoor dining and lounge areas, private padel and pétanque courts and entertainment spaces support a relaxed rhythm of Mediterranean living.
VAYRA was created for guests who value privacy, beauty and time well spent — a place where luxury is felt through space, ease and quiet attention to detail.
